Upon completion of this presentation, the participant will be able to:
1. Identify the antiviral drugs used for the treatment of HIV and hepatitis C that cause mood disorders.
2. Describe the incidence and mechanisms of mood disorders associated with antiviral drugs.
3. Discuss the management and treatment of mood disorders.
4. Describe the drug interactions between psychotropic and antiviral drugs.
