4013: Nurse Directed Care Model in a Psychiatric Hospital:  A Model for Clinical Accountability      
The presentation by advanced practice nurses from a large psychiatric hospital will review the development of a new nursing model of care delivery to support recovery. The theoretical framework, study design, results, including T-test, will be presented. The clinical, environmental and safety improvements and recovery oriented approach with implications for future studies will be highlighted.

3. Describe the therapeutic relationship is an integral component for individuals recovering form long term mental illness.
