4013: Nurse Directed Care Model in a Psychiatric Hospital: A Model for Clinical Accountability
The presentation by advanced practice nurses from a large psychiatric hospital will review the development of a new nursing model of care delivery to support recovery. The theoretical framework, study design, results, including T-test, will be presented. The clinical, environmental and safety improvements and recovery oriented approach with implications for future studies will be highlighted.
