Upon completion of this presentation, the participant will be able to:
1. Identify key aspects of the Milieu Manager role and the rationale for developing the position.
2. Describe the theoretical framework that supports the role and key therapeutic interventions.
3. Describe methods of evaluating the success of the role in inpatient psychiatry and identify key elements for successful replication.
