1. Discuss the recent literature on utilization of standardized patients as a teaching methodology in the psychiatric mental health nursing specialty.
2. Identify best practices for simulation education utilizing standardized patients in the psychiatric mental health nursing specialty.
3. Describe scenarios incorporating standardized patients in both undergraduate and graduate psychiatric education.
